What methods of payment are accepted?
Cash, Money Orders, Certified Checks, Credit Cards via PayPal / Square, Chase QuickPay.
How do I place an order?
Email us via email@example.com. Please include the type of event you are hosting, an anticipated date / time, and services needed, and your complete contact information including the best phone number by which you can be reached. Once we review, we will contact you to confirm availability and payment deadlines. You may also use the Contact Us form on our website. Once the items have been confirmed for ordering, an invoice will be forwarded to the client for payment submission. All edibles MUST be paid for in full, in advance.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Cupcakes require a minimum quantity of two dozen. If you should combine an order of cupcakes with at least three other treat items, the minimum quantity cupcakes may be reduced to one dozen.
All other treats require a minimum of one dozen each.
Pricing quotations / invoices are valid for 15 days.
Do you offer free event planning consultations?
We can provide a complimentary 30 min session via phone in an effort to assess your event needs. After a thorough assessment, we will jointly determine what package will best suit your desires.
How far in advance must I secure the date for my event?
The time frame for booking can vary. We prefer a minimum of three to six months prior to the date of the event. However, the type / size of the event (corporate events / grandeur weddings) and budgetary restraints may require upwards of six months to a year. Please note: An event date is not completely booked / secured until a deposit / payment in full is received.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
All sales are final on all edibles. Regarding events, all details / restrictions will be precisely indicated in the written contract which may or may not afford special allowances for cancellations / refunds. All determinations will be made at the onset of all deposits being made. Once a contract is signed, there will be no changes to the contract. All penalties set forth in the contract will be enforced.
